Key Responsibilities:
- Design striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and events.
- Produce motion graphics and light 3D animations to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Utilize AI-driven design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) to improve workflow efficiency and creative outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and content teams to develop innovative design concepts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
- Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Artist in a creative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
- Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and basic video post-production.
- Ability to work with or learn AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance visuals, and support animation workflows.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing creative ability across multiple media formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, rendering, and animation processes.
- Experience developing visual content for awareness campaigns, education, or government-led initiatives.
- Additional skills in audio editing, lighting design, or video production are considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
