Description:
We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong experience in integrated 360° campaigns, social-first content, and digital design. The role will support the creative team in delivering high-impact visual work across branding, campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and experiential touchpoints. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, visually strong, and comfortable working in a high-performance creative environment. They should be able to translate big ideas into beautiful, effective design executions across multiple formats and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, and experiential platforms.
- Create social-first content including static posts, carousels, reels, stories, thumbnails, banners, and basic motion frames.
- Develop, apply, and maintain brand identities, visual systems, campaign toolkits, and brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs and strategic concepts into strong visual executions that align with brand tone, objectives, and target audience.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, account teams, and media teams to ensure cohesive and effective creative outputs.
- Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats, platforms, and specifications while maintaining design consistency and quality.
- Support the development of campaign presentations, pitch decks, and internal creative proposals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, platform updates, and emerging visual styles to keep work fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative or media agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social media, branding, and campaign work.
