Description:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to support the Retail function in delivering best-in-class merchandise across the Miral estate. This role is accountable for designing innovative, guest-centric retail products across multiple categories, including merchandise, signage, and packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and IP requirements.
You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by creating compelling, high-quality retail products for Miral’s world-class attractions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Product Development
- Develop and design a wide range of multi-category consumer retail products.
- Create innovative product concepts with strong consideration for user experience.
- Design retail merchandise, packaging, and signage aligned with attraction themes and brand guidelines.
- Produce digital and print drawings, creating fully functional and production-ready designs.
- Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct market and trend research to identify new product design opportunities.
- Research materials, finishes, and production techniques to support product development.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, licensed IP requirements, and attraction standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Retail Merchandise, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive product design across all departments.
- Work with external suppliers, licensors, and partners to deliver approved designs.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, follow-ups, and alignment throughout the design and development process.
- Foster a collaborative, team-player mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design.

- Master’s degree in Design.

- 5–7 years of experience in Product Design.
- Proven multi-brand and multi-category retail experience.
- Experience working with licensed brands and IPs.
- Strong background in IP-driven brand environments.
