Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our

performance marketing team. This role focuses on creating high-converting creatives for

paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, TikTok,

and other performance-driven channels. You will lead the design and video production efforts

for digital ads, ensuring they are optimized for performance, engaging, and aligned with

campaign objectives. Your work will directly impact ad performance, including CTR,

conversion rates, and overall ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-performance ad creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.)

for various paid channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube,

TikTok, and native advertising.

• Develop video ads and motion graphics optimized for paid media, focusing on high

engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion optimization.

• Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to align

creative direction with specific campaign goals and audience targeting.

• Edit and adapt videos to different platform specifications and ad formats, ensuring

maximum impact and effectiveness for each platform’s requirements.

• Manage and streamline creative workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assets while

maintaining high-quality standards.

• Analyze creative performance data and apply insights to iteratively improve ad

creatives for better results.

• Work with project management tools like Trello or Asana.

• manage creative production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

• Stay on top of the latest ad creative trends and best practices, continuously pushing

the boundaries to keep ads fresh, engaging, and competitive.

 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and creating performance-driven creatives for paid advertising.

• Proven experience in video production and motion graphics for paid media

campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After

Effects).

• Strong understanding of ad platform specifications and requirements (Facebook

Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

• Ability to create and optimize static ads, videos, carousels, GIFs, and other ad

formats with a focus on engagement and conversion.

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana for task

management and collaboration.

• Experience with performance-driven video formats such as short-form videos,

product demos, and story ads.
