JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Confer with supervisor to discuss program goals and course objectives;
Develop and deliver a curriculum that addresses course objectives;
Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve students in challenging learning opportunities;
Network with University and community resources to include creative active-learning experiences;
Provide feedback to students that will enhance their academic growth;
Safely transport students in University vehicles;
Monitor and report student attendance;
Refer to the supervisor those students not making adequate progress;
Attend faculty meetings to formatively evaluate student progress and determine improvement strategies for students
