Description:
Cello Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Group Executive Chef to lead and manage culinary operations across multiple brands and outlets in Dubai. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining consistency, and introducing innovative culinary concepts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-outlet kitchen operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations across multiple outlets and brand concepts
• Design, develop, and standardize menus, recipes, and food presentation guidelines
• Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and kitchen budgets to maximize efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to enhance performance and skills development
• Collaborate with management on new concepts, menu innovations, and product launches
• Maintain high levels of operational efficiency across central kitchen and individual outlets
Requirements:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior culinary or executive chef role, preferably managing multiple outlets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with Arabic being mandatory
