Description:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute our demand generation engine. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns — across outbound, paid media, and content — to build a predictable pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to position Tenderd effectively, optimize the funnel, and unlock growth across key regions.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic marketer who thrives in a high-ownership, data-driven environment — someone who’s excited to experiment, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation Strategy
- Own the full lead-to-opportunity funnel, from ICP definition to campaign execution.
- Design and run targeted campaigns across outbound, paid, and content to generate pipeline.
- Align closely with Sales on targeting, messaging, and hand-off quality.
2. Outbound and Account-Based Marketing
- Build multi-touch sequences for top accounts across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Test and iterate messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
- Collaborate with Sales to build ABM playbooks by industry and region.
3. Paid Acquisition
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Track CPL and CAC to ensure acquisition efficiency while scaling reach.
- Continuously test creative, messaging, and targeting.
4. Content Marketing and Brand Positioning
- Develop and maintain a content calendar focused on our key personas and pain points.
- Repurpose long-form content (case studies, blogs) into assets for outbound, social, and paid.
- Contribute to Tenderd’s voice in the market through thought leadership and education.
5. Data, Automation, and Reporting
- Own campaign performance dashboards and marketing attribution in Salesforce and other systems.
- Use enrichment, automation, and AI tools to improve targeting and efficiency.
- Share weekly insights with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.

- Consistent delivery of a qualified pipeline that supports quarterly sales quotas.
- Positive engagement from cold outreach and campaigns, measured by reply rate and conversion to meetings.
- Cost-effective customer acquisition across paid channels.
- Strong collaboration with Sales and Product to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign impact.
- Growth experiments that lead to measurable improvements in funnel efficiency, targeting, or engagement.
Qualification
- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing tech company.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute — you can go from idea to live campaign fast.
- Proficiency in modern marketing tools (CRM, outbound automation, paid ad platforms), but more importantly, you know when and why to use them.
- Strong writing skills — you can communicate clearly, persuasively, and with empathy for the customer.
- Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with data, dashboards, and decision-making based on performance.
