Guest Service Agent

 

Description:

We are currently recruiting a Guest Service Agent.

The candidate must be in UAE. He/she must have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Knowledge of Opera system and previous hotel experience would be an advantage.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
  • To be familiar and able to operate all office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopies, key-card system, telephones etc.
  • To provide a willing, warm and timely response to all guests requests.
  • To provide a professional image through appearance, behavior and punctuality following the company policy of hygiene and grooming.
  • To maintain a discreet and confidential attitude to all guests information.
  • To apply guest contact skills, such as telephone manners, maintaining eye contact, using guests name etc.
  • To maintain discrete and confidential attitude, with regards to rates, sales strategies and source of bookings.
  • Committed to delivering true hospitality.
