We are looking for Guest Service Agent to join us at Copthorne Hotel Dubai!
Only those who are locally available in U.A.E will be considered
Requirements:
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Sell rooms to walk in guest and be responsible for all proactive and day to day facilities issues
- Undertaking front desk service duties such as administering, check in and check outs,
- Assigining rooms and taking care of administrative duties
- Responsible for Cash inventories, cashing cheques, and bills for exchange in foreign currency for hotel guest in accordance with credit policy
- Coordianting with bell service and staff management
- Acting as a central source of information for guest during their stay, including general and unique request
- Resolving problems and dealing with conflict or tension with disappointed guest
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of hotel policies and procedure and service standard
- Have full knowledge of hotel facilities and events
- The Candidate should have
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- At least 1 to 2 years of the same working experience conflict resolution experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Good communication skills, positive attitude and excellent grooming standards
- Ready to join immediately
