We are currently recruiting a Guest Service Agent.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
You’re Day To Day
- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
- To be familiar and able to operate all office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopies, key-card system, telephones etc.
- To provide a willing, warm and timely response to all guest’s requests.
- To provide a professional image through appearance, behavior and punctuality following the company policy of hygiene and grooming.
- To maintain a discreet and confidential attitude to all guest’s information.
- To apply guest contact skills, such as telephone manners, maintaining eye contact, using guests name etc.
- To maintain discrete and confidential attitude, with regards to rates, sales strategies and source of bookings.
- Committed to delivering true hospitality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Tourism.
- Hotel experience, minimum of 1 year.
- She must have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Opera system and previous hotel experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and on shift schedule.
