Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is hiring a Guest Service Agent to join its Front Office team in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences in a vibrant beachfront resort environment.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for visitors. The role requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Preferred candidate profile includes:

• Strong interest in hospitality and guest services
• Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Fluency or strong communication skills in one or more of the following languages: Russian, French, or Turkish
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
