Description:

We are looking for a proactive Guest Service Executive / Supervisor who delivers exceptional guest experiences, adapts quickly to change, and handles guest issues with professionalism. The ideal candidate will supervise a small front office team while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and service standards are consistently met.

Role Overview:

  • Oversee front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries to ensure quick, courteous service.
  • Supervise and coordinate a small team, providing guidance, rostering support and on-the-job feedback.
  • Manage guest complaints and problem-resolution with tact and follow-up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and reservations to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room readiness.
  • Maintain accurate logs and daily reports related to front office operations and guest incidents.
  • Uphold hotel policies and service standards, training junior staff when needed to maintain consistency.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a small team effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable — able to perform well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
