Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors warmly while ensuring a smooth check-in and registration process.
• Handle inquiries, appointments, and patient follow-ups efficiently, both in-person and via phone.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless patient service and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest service or front desk role within the UAE.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
