Description:
We are looking for a Head Chef to handle a total of 5 kitchens (3 are Cloud Kitchens) located in Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Job Requirements:
- To ensure recipes are followed and are consistent throughout
- To monitor staff performance and attendance at all outlets
- Report any derelictions of duty to Executive chef immediately
- Assist with operations when and where necessary
- Assist executive chef in standardizing the existing and newly developed recipes
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and clutter free kitchen
- Prepare wastage reports, with reason and responsible persons
- Keep record of any guest complaints and actions taken to ensure the guest leaves happy
- Staff training on new dishes
- Chefs follow clean down procedures after every dinner service
- Monitor weekly deep cleaning
- Procurement of goods are quality and ensure there is no over ordering
- Review month end stock takes with executive chef and identify any issues in order to resolve and not repeat
- The candidate must have his own vehicle
- Must have UAE driving license
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be experienced in reporting on wastages, cost saving, percentage breakdowns for e.g. consumables,labour, packaging, food cost
- PIC Certificate and highly rated of Food watch platform
- Experience with Sapaad POS and inventory tracking system (BIG PLUS)
- Strict yet fair with the company’s best interest at heart
- If your profile will be shortlisted by the client you will be required to attend 3 days trail period at their kitchen facility in Dubai
