Description:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Head for one of our esteemed clients in the UAE, focusing on Business Consulting Services.
The position of Head of Business Development Dubai focuses on sales strategy development, team leadership, and client relationship management, especially in the business setup services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Leadership:
o Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
o Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
o Monitor progress and ensure team goals are met.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with key clients.
o Act as the primary contact for high-value clients.
• Business Setup Expertise:
o Guide clients through the business setup process and address their needs.
o Stay updated on laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track sales performance metrics.
o Analyze trends and provide reports to senior management.
• Collaboration:
o Work with other departments (marketing, operations) to align strategies.
o Represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales leadership
Should be well-experienced with company formation/business setup services.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and CRM tools.
