Job Accountabilities:

• Revenue Management & Cash Flow Management

Responsible for the overall Engineering division budget. Strategize & Formulate sales plan including revenue targets in line with company strategy and business plan for fiscal year

• Developing New Products, Innovative Solutions & Operations Excellence

Ensure the optimal application of engineering resources in order to meet product development and consumer requirements and Re-architect several commercial products into one solution.

• Client Engagement & Relations

Responsible for Overall client fulfillment and retention for relegated client(s). Sustain the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure the business is developed and retained.

• Establishing Partnerships with Vendors / Management.

Establishing Partnerships with Vendors / Management to Register WS as the highest level of partner. Establishes our brand as market leader through thought leadership in communities, white papers and research.

• Train- Technical / Certifications to Team Members.

As a key leader of the Engineering team collaborate and engage with the rest of the Engineering leaders to support the overall delivery of the teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering or related Discipline.

• Certifications in EE(Control system & WC), PMP, QA, & ELV Preferred

• Years of industry experience and on-the-job training &Knowledge in Engineering.

• 20 plus years of related industry experience preferably in B2B / B2C development, sales engineering, PMP, or customer solutions engineering.

• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure, and take day-to-day.

• Role requires excellent analytical / communications and managerial skills to be able to strategize and meet the collection revenue targets through team management.

• Arabic is preferred
