Beaconhouse Private School in Al Ain is committed to providing a nurturing and high-quality education to young learners. We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of EYFS.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead and manage the EYFS department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and care.
• Implement and monitor EYFS curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel safe and motivated to learn.
• Support and mentor EYFS staff, fostering their professional development.
• Liaise with parents and external agencies to ensure holistic development of students.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in teaching and leadership role in an EYFS setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with curriculum planning and assessment.
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental needs.
