Description:

We are hiring a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy and governance across the Middle East & Africa. This permanent position is based in Dubai and will involve regional travel to oversee finance operations, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives across multiple countries. The successful candidate will be a technically strong finance professional with demonstrated leadership and cross-border experience.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA with proven experience gained at a Big Four firm.
• 5+ years post-qualification working in senior finance roles.
• Strong track record in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and management reporting.
• Experience in IT, Banking, or Insurance sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and develop finance teams operating across several countries.
• Middle East experience is essential.
• Fluency in French or Portuguese would be a plus.
