AgriEdge Solutions FZE LLC is hiring on behalf of a well-established agribusiness organization based in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead and manage the full HR function, supporting operational growth and workforce efficiency across multiple sites. This senior leadership role reports directly to management and plays a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manpower planning strategies aligned with production goals and crop cycles
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across various operational locations
- Develop and manage training initiatives and performance management systems tied to KPIs and productivity
- Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, and employee welfare facilities for a large workforce
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, regulations, and internal company policies
- Drive HR digital transformation through HRIS implementation and data-driven HR reporting
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams on manpower budgeting, payroll closure, and cost optimization initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and strategic communication skills
- UAE work experience is mandatory, along with a valid UAE driving licence
