Head Of Legal

Description:

Madison Pearl have been mandated by a prominent government backed entity who are looking to hire a Head of Legal with recent experience working with government affiliated/government entities. The ideal candidate would have 10-15 years’ experience, coming from an investment's banking/investment management background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all legal aspects of the company.
• Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation
• Negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of the company.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to company management on a variety of issues.

Key Requirements:

• 10 – 15 years of experience working as an in house lawyer advising on M&A matters, SPV’s, term sheets etc.
• A law degree from an accredited institution.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law and UAE law.
• Fluency in Arabic & English
• International merger and acquisition experience.
