But we need a marketing mind that thinks like a growth hacker and executes like a CMO.
What You’ll Own (and Dominate):
- User Acquisition Engine – Drive app installs and website conversions with smart, scalable paid + organic funnels
- Performance Marketing – Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap — build ROI-positive campaigns that don’t bleed cash
- Social Media Growth – Scale our presence on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn with relevance and edge
- Lead Generation & Retargeting – Create inbound flows that convert cold traffic into paying users
- Pipeline Strategy – Launch full-funnel campaigns: from landing pages to CRM triggers and retargeting loops
- Influencer & UGC Collabs – Build buzz with creators and micro-influencers native to the UAE
- Content Marketing – Position us as a go-to home services brand with sharp storytelling and value content
- Analytics & Attribution – You live in GA4, Mixpanel, Meta Ads Manager, and speak in CAC, LTV, ROAS, not just likes
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years in marketing/growth (startup, tech, marketplace, or consumer product experience preferred)
- Solid portfolio of campaigns that drove real numbers — not just impressions, Proven success in scaling user acquisition via digital and offline channels
- Deep understanding of UAE digital behavior and how to localize messaging
- Confidence to test, fail, learn, and repeat until it scales
- Sharp eye for content, plus comfort working with designers, devs, and founders
- Bonus: Experience in mobile-first acquisition and retention
- Data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Mixpanel, or similar
- Creative flair for content and customer engagement
- UAE market familiarity is a must (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
