Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic marketing leader to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in brand management, team leadership, and successful campaign delivery across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, PR, and events) to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency and a strong market presence across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are used to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, event organizers, influencers, and brand ambassadors, particularly within the UAE market.
• Drive partnerships and collaborations that strengthen the brand and open new growth avenues.
• Guide the creation of impactful content for web, social, and email marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to ensure success.
• Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Experience
• Previous experience in a senior marketing role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar).
• Background in hospitality, FMCG, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns and growing brand
visibility.
• Experience working with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROI.
