Lead and oversee all medical underwriting activities at UTIB, an established insurance brokerage.

Who We Are Looking For?

✅ Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Medical or healthcare qualification (MD, DO, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
✅ Insurance Certification is mandatory.
✅ Minimum of 8+ years of experience in medical underwriting, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
✅ Deep knowledge of medical underwriting principles, health insurance products, risk assessment, and claims processing.
✅ Proven experience in risk assessment, pricing, and underwriting of health & life insurance policies.
✅ Strong understanding of insurance brokerage models and the role of underwriting in client solutions.
