• Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Team Management and Communication
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the UAE in a similar position
• Experience in Hospitality industry or Operations Management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Previous experience in Europe or South Africa is an advantage but not mandatory
