Head Of Retail Operations

Description:

Paris Group, a leading name in luxury fashion and retail in the UAE, is looking for a highly dynamic and flexible Head of Retail Operations (or General Manager) to oversee and scale our retail operations across the region.

This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for delivering operational excellence, driving commercial performance, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience across all our brand stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across multiple luxury fashion brands
• Drive sales growth, retail profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Define and implement operational strategy aligned with Paris Group’s vision
• Lead and inspire high-performing retail teams and store leadership
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across locations (KPIs, etc.)
• Collaborate with buying, visual merchandising, marketing, and HR to execute retail initiatives
• Ensure excellence in visual standards, stock management, and client experience

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in luxury retail or fashion OPERATIONS (is a must)
• Proven success in managing multi-store or multi-country retail environments
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational discipline
• Agile, proactive, and highly adaptable to change
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage and a must
