Description:
REMAX Real Estate Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and execute sales strategy across residential/commercial real estate
Lead, recruit, and manage high-performing sales teams
Set targets, track KPIs, and consistently deliver revenue growth
Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
Analyze market trends and support high-value transactions
Requirements:
5-7+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Proven leadership experience in a senior sales role
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
