We are excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Head of Site Department to join our dynamic team in Dubai! This is a key leadership role, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in construction consultancy and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Oversee and coordinate the execution of large-scale projects, including G+12 developments, from initiation to completion.
Ensure effective resource allocation, cost management, and schedule adherence.
Supervise, mentor, and guide project teams, providing technical and managerial support as needed.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Develop and implement site-specific strategies to optimize performance and ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in consultancy office and site management, specifically in the Dubai market.
DM certified G+12.
Valid SOE Card (Society of Engineers card) for Dubai.
Strong understanding of Dubai construction regulations and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
