Are you a strategic HR leader with experience in fast-paced retail or FMCG environments? Our client is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and elevate their HR function across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR operations across retail/FMCG divisions
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, talent management & employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
• Drive performance management, training, and retention initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a strong background in Retail and/or FMCG
• Proven track record in managing large, diverse workforces
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• HR certification or MBA in HR is a plus
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is preferred
