Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-5 years work experience in pharmacy benefits management or healthcare insurnace, focusing on cost-saving strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (PharmD or MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits management, drug pricing models, and UAE healthcare regulations.
