Health & Safety Officer

Madar Steel Industries is seeking a qualified and proactive Health & Safety Officer to join its growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on HSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, or steel production environments who are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting health and safety standards, identifying workplace risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential workplace hazards.

• Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.

• Deliver safety awareness programs and support employee training.

• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant Health & Safety experience.

• Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, or steel industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
