AIT Advisory is hiring a remote high-ticket closer to sell our 90-Day Performance Reset: a transformation 90 days program designed to help businesses reduce operational inefficiencies, improve execution speed, and implement AI-driven systems that increase visibility, productivity, and performance.

We work with established companies navigating operational complexity, fragmented workflows, and the pressure to modernize with AI. Recent projects have included operational transformation, AI activation training, workflow optimization, and strategic implementation support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Closing qualified discovery calls and inbound leads
• Leading strategic sales conversations with Leadership teams
• Guiding businesses toward clear operational transformation decisions
• Using structured frameworks, sales systems, and positioning assets
• Working closely with the founder to refine messaging and conversion strategy
• Helping close high-value consulting engagements 

You should have:

• Experience closing high-ticket consulting, transformation, SaaS, or service deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence leading conversations with decision-makers and executives
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify operational pain points
• Hunger, discipline, and high standards
• Fluent English required — Arabic is a major plus
• Bonus: Experience in AI, operations, consulting, innovation, or digital transformation
