Hiring Accountant

Description:

Bay Bites Restaurant is a fast-growing dining destination offering a wide range of cuisines. To strengthen our accounts team, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who can manage the financial health of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle VAT filing, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost controls.
• Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Accountant (restaurant / F&B experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
