We are seeking a proactive and experienced Holidays Consultant to design and manage tailor-made holiday packages for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong destination knowledge with excellent customer service and sales abilities to deliver memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and customize holiday packages based on client preferences and requirements.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Ideal Skill Sets:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in holidays, leisure, or travel consultancy roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in costing, booking platforms, and travel management tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
