Job Posting: Homecare Registered Nurse
We are looking for a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care for patients across Abu Dhabi. This full-time role requires a nurse who can independently manage clinical care, communicate clearly with families and clinicians, and maintain accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care in patients’ homes, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and general clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop and follow personalised care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on condition management, medications, and rehabilitation activities.
• Perform wound care, assist with rehabilitation exercises, and carry out other physician-prescribed treatments.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all care delivered and patient progress.
• Work flexible hours as required to meet patient needs and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE nursing license (DHA / HAAD / DOH) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience — homecare or clinical background preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work autonomously in a home setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Female candidates only, due to the nature of the role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate patient schedules.
