Description:
We are looking for compassionate and professionally qualified Homecare Registered Nurses to join our Abu Dhabi team immediately. The role involves delivering patient-centered care in home settings, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring each patient receives safe, respectful, and high-quality nursing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes according to treatment plans and clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Monitor patient condition, record observations, and report changes to clinical supervisors and physicians.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and caretakers to support care plans and education.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical documentation standards.
- Follow infection control, health and safety guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Current and valid DOH or DHA license (mandatory).
- Available to join immediately.
- Previous experience in homecare is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient-care skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently in home settings.
