Description:

We’re hiring a motivated HORECA Sales Executive to join Royal Foodstuff LLC, a leading distributor of frozen poultry and meat products. This role is perfect for an energetic sales professional who has established relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and F&B decision-makers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand sales within the HORECA segment, covering hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding each customer’s product needs and specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain consistent market coverage across assigned territories.
• Present and promote the company’s product range to both existing clients and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and report on market feedback to support product and pricing decisions.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of HORECA sales experience in the UAE, preferably within food distribution.
• Strong network and clear understanding of the UAE food service market and its decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
