Description:

Hiring Hospitality Manager for the Palace staff 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the day to day running of all aspects of the work assignments for the housemaids, nannies, and other household staffs including the cleaners.
  • Involved in the recruitment of new Palace staff.
  • Ensure a high standard of efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality at the Palace.
  • Ensure a high level of security is always maintained in the Palace.
  • Ensure that best practice is followed with regards to palace administrative systems.
  • Supervise and manage overall activates of household staff, including employee development through training and performance evaluation, and salary administration. Provide support whenever required.

Requirements: 

  • 10-15 years’ experience in Operations & Facilities management, or in international five-star hotels, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Superior computer literacy.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Highest personal presentation standards.
  • Arabic will be an advantage.
