Description:
We are hiring an experienced Soft Services / Hospitality Manager to ensure world-class non-technical service delivery in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Housekeeping:
• Oversee housekeeping, ensuring luxury standards for rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with front office & concierge teams to elevate guest experiences.
Facilities & Hygiene Management:
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and hygiene standards.
• Supervise cleaning, laundry, pest control, and sustainability initiatives.
Security & Safety:
• Partner with security teams to ensure safety protocols.
• Implement fire safety and emergency procedures.
Landscaping & Ambience Management:
• Maintain luxury ambiance across outdoor areas, focusing on landscaping, lighting, and music.
Vendor & Staff Management:
• Manage third-party service providers and negotiate contracts.
• Train and mentor staff, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
Budget & Cost Control:
• Manage budgets while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience managing soft services in luxury hotels or high-end properties.
• Familiarity with Dubai regulations for hygiene, waste, and safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
