Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. A positive attitude and vibrant personality are essential to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required to engage effectively with visitors and staff.

Additional preferred qualifications include experience with SEVENROOMS reservation and guest management software, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Russian and Spanish languages will be considered a significant advantage, helping cater to a diverse clientele.
