Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.

• Make beds, change linens, and restock room supplies.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
