Responsibilities:

  • Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Lead and train housekeeping staff for high-quality work and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards through inspections and corrective actions.
  • Budgeting and cost control for staffing, supplies, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping management experience in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Note: Accommodation, Food, Transportation and Insurance will be provided.
