I'm working with an elite HFT firm in Dubai hiring a strong HPC Engineer to join their infrastructure team.

They need a strong HPC engineer to own and evolve the compute infrastructure that powers their trading operation.
What you'll be working on:
- Designing and scaling high-performance compute infrastructure supporting live trading systems
- Optimising CPU, memory, and network performance across a latency-sensitive environment
- Managing and evolving GPU and parallel compute resources for research and trading workloads
- Building and automating tooling to monitor, tune, and maintain HPC systems at scale
- Collaborating directly with trading and engineering teams — your work has a direct line to performance
What they're looking for:
- Strong HPC engineering background — you've designed and owned these environments at scale
- Deep Linux expertise and low-level systems knowledge
- Experience with performance profiling, tuning, and optimisation across compute and networking
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash for automation and tooling
- HFT, quant finance, or similarly demanding environment experience a strong plus
