KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Lead Generation:

- Utilize tele-sales techniques to actively identify and qualify potential leads.

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communication to generate interest in the company's products or services.

 

2. Customer Acquisition:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our offerings address those needs.

- Guide prospects through the sales process, providing information, overcoming objections, and ultimately closing sales.

 

3. Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and check-ins.

- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.

 

4. Sales Presentations:

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting key features and benefits of our products or services.

- Customize pitches based on customer profiles and needs.

 

5. Targets and Quotas:

- Set, meet, and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.

- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

 

6. Pipeline Management:

- Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and potential leads.

 

7. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.

 

8. Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
