Ajouli LTD Almila is looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin to support our HR operations and daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding & employee records
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and HR documentation
  • Provide general admin support (scheduling, filing, etc.)
  • Maintain office supplies & equipment
  • Coordinate meetings and manage daily office tasks

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & HR systems
  • Familiar with HR policies and office operations
