Description:
A well-established company operating in the perfumes and cosmetics retail sector is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join their team in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with prior UAE experience who can efficiently handle HR administrative functions and support daily operations within the department. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening candidates and coordinating onboarding processes
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Ensure proper organization and compliance of HR files and records
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience within the UAE is mandatory
• Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative functions
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
