Adecco is currently hiring a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join their team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to build and grow their career within a fast-paced and professional work environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and assisting employees with HR-related queries.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Coordinating recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Managing attendance records, leave tracking, and assisting with payroll data inputs
• Providing day-to-day support for employee queries and HR-related tasks
• Assisting in general administrative duties within the HR department
Requirements for the role:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
