Description:
Delta Reco is currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Admin to join their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE HR operations and hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR administrative functions in a fast-paced work environment.
This role requires a proactive HR professional who can efficiently handle payroll processes, employee documentation, visa procedures, and compliance with UAE labor regulations while supporting daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations within the organization
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files accurately
• Handle payroll processing including WPS and non-WPS systems
• Assist in visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
• Support recruitment processes, especially blue-collar hiring (preferred advantage)
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and MOHRE regulations
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external authorities
• Provide administrative and operational HR support as required
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Admin or HR Operations roles
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Prior Gulf experience is preferred
