We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Admin Assistant to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and HR support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage HR processes, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
💼 Coordinate internal recruitment efforts between agencies, PROs, and management teams.
🗂️ Prepare, maintain, and update HR documentation, reports, and employee records.
🧮 Manage HR trackers, data entry, and employee information with accuracy.
📨 Provide administrative assistance and general office support to the HR department.
Requirements:
💬 Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
🖋️ Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
🏗️ Prior experience in the construction sector, specifically in an HR or admin capacity, is preferred.
