Description:
Samira Maatouk Group, a well-established premium coffee and café brand in the UAE, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in human resources and administration, especially within the UAE’s regulatory framework. The candidate must be capable of handling HR operations, liaising with government departments, and supporting day-to-day admin functions.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all employee records and information are updated accurately in the HRIS system.
• Manage and coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures.
• Address employee concerns and manage internal HR queries with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with PROs and relevant government bodies for all visa processing and labor compliance activities.
• Administer employee medical insurance and oversee renewals and claims.
• Prepare HR documentation, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Offer administrative support across departments to streamline operational workflows.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with HR operations and managing HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills in recruitment, onboarding, and governmental coordination.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor law, visa processing, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with handling corporate medical insurance matters.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
• Must be residing in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating.
