We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate HR records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Handle HR documentation, such as employment contracts, letters, and personnel files
• Support payroll processes, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR administrative support
